General
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all business relationships between ÜFABO and the Buyer. Deviating agreements, in whatever form, are only binding if they are confirmed by us in writing. Orders are only considered accepted upon delivery.
Prices
Our prices are free of charge, duty-free, excluding statutory VAT.
Terms of delivery
The delivery period is 30 days and starts from the date of receipt of the order, but not before clarifying all the details that are necessary for the execution. If we exceed the agreed delivery date, the buyer is entitled to set us a grace period of 2 weeks in writing. After that, the buyer can withdraw from the contract.
Terms of payment
• Net cash within 30 days
All goods delivered by us remain our property until final payment. In case of late payment, we charge € 15.00 from the 2nd reminder onwards.

Complaints can only be made immediately after receipt of the goods.
