Contact Form
If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent.
Analytics
In addition, data is collected and used for analytical purposes. This data processing is non-personal (see the section on cookies below).
Webshop
For the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and to later process contracts—if this website offers an online shop—the following data may be collected: title, name, address, phone number, email address, company name, VAT number, order date, order number, payment method, shipping method, product details, and costs. Session cookies may also be used to simplify the checkout process. The data processed in session cookies contain no personal references.
The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transmitted to third parties, except to transfer credit card details to the processing bank/payment service providers for the purpose of charging the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, and to our tax consultant to fulfill our legal tax obligations.
If the shopping process is canceled, the data entered by the user will be stored for at least four weeks and then deleted. In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored for the duration of the contract and beyond, as long as legal claims may arise from it. Afterwards, the data will be deleted unless there are additional legal retention requirements (e.g., tax regulations).
Registration
When registering, the user’s email address and password are stored. If a purchase follows, the email address is linked to the data collected during the purchase process. The data you provide is necessary to create a user account. Data processing occurs for the duration of the user account’s existence. When the user account is deleted, the email address, password, and related purchase data are deleted as well.
IT Security
When visiting this website, log files are stored that contain the IP address and other access data (e.g., date, time, user agent, referrer). Data processing is temporary (maximum seven days) and serves only to protect against DDoS attacks or other intrusions affecting the website’s functionality or backend databases.
Product Reviews
When submitting a product review, the following data will be collected and published: username, comment, and number of stars given. The data is collected for the purpose of publishing the review for a specific product. The data you provide is necessary for the publication of your review. Processing continues for as long as the review is published. Deletions can be requested by emailing the contact address listed in the imprint.
