The objective of a smart training company is to integrate / implement content from the pillars of digitalization, sustainability and people within the respective training company. For example, content such as networked working, modern sales (social media marketing), innovative and sustainable products / services, and much more implemented in the smart practice company.
Implementation of a self-evaluation of one or more stations by answering the questions / indicators behind the respective stations of the tool. • Analyze the evaluation result (traffic light) of the questions / indicators for each station together in the training company.
